Aldrich Builders was started in 1992 by my wife and myself. I built my home in 1970, but did not consider it as a career until later. My first house was a small three bedroom, two bath house on Marcia Street in downtown Williston, SC. Since then I've built over ten homes for families in Barnwell and Aiken counties. I have also remodled two other homes and I have a branch of my business devoted to fixing manufacturing problems in Mobile Homes.

This is my home in Williston, SC. It is a five bedroom,four and a half bath house with an appartment with a kitchen, loft bedroom, livingroom, and bathroom. The roof is made of a metal version of the clay Mexican style roofing common in the West. The house was originally three bedroomed and had a flat roof, but as my family grew to six, I found it necessary to add on.

The Marcia Street House

The Marcia Street house was my first spec house, built in 1992. I rented this house out to several families before it was burnt down due to arson, by a local hoodlum. I rebuilt the house and added a few luxury items such as a whirlpool tub surrounded by mirrors in the Master Bath. I am currently renting this house out.
